Great looking video! I think it would be a blast to run with you guys. I just don't think I could afford the gas to tow there and back from Cali!!!! LOL

At that event yes we did run heads up, we try to get the cars paired so there is good side by side action and we also try to mix up the pairings so the crowd will see differnet pairings. That weekend we had a few break down and had to run a couple miss matched cars and the green Comet was having engine issues but still ran even no he was slower. If we race instead of exhibition we run index from 12.50 down to 9.00. We have a larger group of 10.50 faster to 9.90 that match up well but like me I am a low 11 second car and we have a nice group from that up to 12.0's.

There is so many cool cars around the country that I also would like to run with but ya the gas would be bad LOL and its tough to drive down the street anymore.

Bob, we run at the Funny Car Nationals in September as a companion group to the funny cars and it looks like we are going to do a series at Milan this year, we ran at the Detroit Dragway Reunion as an exhibition group and had a gasser class at the nostalgia race this last year. We also run at Marion Ohio at the big funny car race in August.

killer vid! I'm organizing a straight axle class for June 8,9,10 up at the Loafers Old Time drags in Ashcroft BC for 2012, details are being finalized, but it sure would be cool if some of you guys could make it!
