I can't see any benefit to putting a swaybar on a parallel leaf axle setup. If you're going the transverse spring old setup it would help, but with parallel leafs it's not much help.
They do make an aftermarket universal swaybar setup that guys use on the rear that works great. It could be adapted to the front easily, if you really think you need one. http://www.speedwaymotors.com/Universal-Rear-Sway-Bar-Kit,4053.html
Depending on the perch width, there might be a factory one that could be adapted to save money, but any swaybar will need to be mounted forward to clear the pan, and will really clutter up the clean lines of a straight axle.
I've never had a straight axle car that leaned much in corners out of the 5 I've owned.
