Went to one of the last shows this year. I have one more next weekend. There is not a lot of pics because it was for rat rods, customs and some nice original cars. As usual, I suck at taking pics, but I did get a few. On the way home I started to get a loud noise at the back end of the car when I took the foot off the accelerator. Goes away when I give it gas. Sounded like my driveshaft was wobbling. I made it home and just put it in the car because I was tired as heck. Looked at it yesterday and one of the front ladder bar bolts had worked its way out. Put in another one with a nylock on it and took it for a drive. Much better. here are the pics I did take.

I would bypass the majority of car shows that are primarily restored muscle cars and cookie cutter late model cars to go to a car show like this that offers real, home garage built cars even if there weren't a bunch of gassers. I really like that 55 Chevy with the bubble hood. I'd walk right past any late model Vet, Camaro, Mustang, Challenger, etc. to look at it.

yep, this was a 1965 or older, trucks were 72 or older. no 4x4's no billet wheels and NO late model cars. My favorite was the el camino. Solid car from california. guy was super nice! I forgot to mention I had the dash pinstriped. I will grab some pics tonight.

The car in your second group if pictures #1 and #5 is one Ian Roselle built on his show. He sold it right after it was done to some guy who said he'd finish it himself.

It was such a cool car. I had trouble getting pics because every time I walked by, there were tons of people around it. No way I could even fit in that thing!

While I can totally appreciate the craftsmanship, I don't get it. There is no leg room, it is skinny as hell because the transmission tunnel and would not be fun to drive.
