Hello from Southern Utah. New to gassers not to working on cars. I built several Mid 60's car customs, Muscle cars street trucks and 4x4s. My son has talked me into a gasser build for our 1963 Le sabre Estate wagon. Going to be a journey. Thanks for letting me join.

Welcome to the Gasser forum!
That should be an interesting gasser vehicle to build on. Does it have the old 401 Buick in it?
It had a 401 we are going with a 430 and TKX. 9 inch rear. I bought it years ago my son was able to talk me out of it. I got it back in a great trade, but he still calls all the shots.

Welcome to the site. Can’t wait to see your project. Here’s the 425 nailhead 11:1 stock is hard to ignore. Luv them Buick’s!

I gave 600 for this complete 12 years ago and have dragged it all over the western US. Had a 401 and dynaflow. Was going to keep it with the nailhead but got a smoking deal on a 430 that was rebuilt. Then down the rabbithole we went. My wife is a Saint my ADHD is a MOFO!

It's going to take a big motor with big HP to move the big Buick wagon! Looking forward to seeing this build going forward.

You ain't lyin. We are hoping for 500 when all said and done. If it makes it into the high 12s I am happy.
Not as big a land yacht as the 63 Buick you're building but it's still a Buick land yacht that is smokin running high 10s low 11s.

Nice! This thing needs a diet. 4300 lbs is alot but I always pick the hard road.

Yeah, that's the same body as the Chevy Malibu, and they're probably almost a half ton lighter than the LeSabre wagons.
That wagon is gonna be cool as hell! Welcome from St. Louis!
Thanks for the warm welcome.
