I've looked every where and can't seem to find a answer. What center to center measurement do you all have on the rear mounting holes for your home made ladder bars? I was thinking 10 inches. I know it's not extremely important but I'd like them to look right. I'm going for 42 in on the length using 3/4 CM rod ends. Going to get steel tomorrow.

Might be better to do a mock up to see what looks right on your Gasser

Have to check mine, but I know it's closer than 10". Guessing here, but probably more like 7"-8" apart. I did mine base on the brackets I used. I went with adjustable shock brackets, so needed to keep my spacing to allow up/down adjustment. Found them at a swap meet NIB for $35, and they worked great!

I have an old Lakewood style axle tube bracket. If you need I could take a measurement for you

Crawed around and done some measuring, looks like 8 in would be good. Place up by work said they would cut them out with a plasma cutter. Now all I need is some time. Putting brake lines on a chevy truck right now and it sucks.
