Hey, I think our first HEMI car---alrighty then. Sorry if one of you guys have a HEMI and I forgot. I just don't remember there being one. Very glad to see you here and joining us in our little corner of the cyber world. I'm a dyed in the wool Pontiac man. I bleed Pontiac metalic blue if you cut me. But a HEMI---man I'd give my left testicular appendage (hell it's no good anymore anywho, heh) for a built HEMI. There's something about the girth and the, uhhhh, in your face look of a blown hemi engine, early 'or later models that just gets my blood going. I love the 389/406 I'm building for my '63 gasser but if I could swap it for a hemi, man, it's a done deal. We love pics so when you get chance pop some us for our viewing pleasure. On a side note a good friend in high school (67-68) had a really nice yellow '65 Dart GT with the landau (half) vinyl roof. It was a really good looking car with the HIPPO 273/4 speed. His only problem was it had an open rearend and he could never get a good launch. But from a roll he was hard for even bigger motored cars to beat. And he could stir that shifter like he hated it. Welcome, welcome, welcome, very happy to have you aboard. Mark L
