Just found this website and seems like it aligns very nicely with my interests in cars. Just here to say hello and introduce myself.

I have a 1965 Chevelle that is most definitely modeled after the late 60's early 70's gassers. I will post up some pictures as soon as I get them uploaded.

Love the '64-'65 Chevelles, and always thought they'd make a great straight axle gasser style build!

Welcome to the party! Sounds like a cool car, and get some pictures up for us to drool over. I've only seen a couple first gens 'gassed' - I think one was brown or gold-ish. They look so mean.

Welcome aboard Timberline65. There were several '64-'65 Chevelle gassers and AWB cars back in the day. They make great looking gassers. Glad you could come on. Looking forward to seeing the pics. Is your car a project or a driver? You'll have to dissect and describe all the details for us gasser hungery fellers. Mark L
