I've been doing some researching & here's what I've come up with.
The track width on the Henry J is 54" on the front.
I've found that the track width on the front of a 42-47 Ford F-1 is 58".

My thinking here is with skinnies on the front, the 2" of extra track width per side will give me more stability while driving & I'll have the parallel springs I want as well with the front end raised.
What do you'll think?

How far inside the fenders do the present tire/wheels sit? If they're quite a ways in as most stock tires are, then 2" more on each side with skinnies will work fine.

I need to put the front clip back on the parts car & measure it.
Does anybody on here know?

You don't really need the front clip. You can measure the widest point of the body at the firewall. The fenders aren't wider than that point.

So basically I could measure the outside of the rockers?
