Fatal Crash in Cobra
Sad to hear about this. I try to go to the beach cars and coffee early Sunday. I couldn’t make it yesterday. Saw this on the news. Apparently the cable guardrail sliced through the car.

I actually saw a video which has been taken down recently and it showed that somebody was standing out in the road in the right lane that the cobra was coming down in. It also looks like the cobra did a quick hook left to avoid hitting him. After he turned, left to avoid hitting him, the car slid out of control cause he couldn’t bring it back onto the road and it went off into the grass and hit the cable guard rail. A steel cable guide rail just doesn’t make sense to me because what is it guarding against it’s gonna slice any car in half if they’re going fast enough to go through it. This pic was taken before they left the parking lot. Now the cars and coffee has been put to an end at this location.
