I recognized the pictures as the Wed. night cruise at Beaches PIR, and it's a Damascus, Or. car. But I've never seen this car around at any events, and I never miss the Wed. cruises. Unless I ignored it because it's a rat rod.
I agree that it's really got potential if it had been properly finished.
