i was told the motor was decked? no #'s on the pad. big balancer. dipstick on drivers side. no pcv. no macthing valve covers. but the heads r fueli...No #'s on the pad should indicate a "replacement" block.
Does it have a small or large ballancer?
Does it have pcv fitting next to distributor?
Driver side or passenger side dipstick?
These are easy and quick things to look for that will get you a ballpark idea of what smallblock you have. Hope this helps.
