Nice have been out to pittsburg a bunch of times. Neat old town.

Have been chuggin along still lol. Traded a guy the newer style rollbar i had for a older style he had in his jeep. Recoated my headers and started swapping out the valve springs.

So kicking around what color i want to paint my exhaust. There black now. Debating redoing the black, painting them gold, or painting them white like the headers. Having a hard time with choosing and rather paint them now whiel there off. Open to other "retro" colors too. Pictures in the post above show the headers in white and sidepipes black.

White looks cool, but anything but black will look filthy in no time, even if you don't drive in the rain. I actually painted mine satin black so it hides the exhaust, but headers are silver on the Austin, and chrome on my '39 to enhance them and make them stand out more.

Thats a good point. Guess them already being black i wasnt able to tell how much dirt they gather. Thanks Vall👍
