How to add a signature and a profile pic

Like the title says. How do I do that stuff ? I tried doing a search and I tried clicking on "My Profile" no joy.

Go to the top right side of the page and click "Settings". Then on the left side of the page about halfway down you'll see "My Settings". Click on "Edit Signature" and you can change or add a signature to be on every reply you make.
