I purchased Howards #188005-09 cam for my 1990 350 Chevy roller motor. It's still a in progress build, so wont know until next spring how it runs. But it has very good specs, and should work with even stock converters in automatic trans. Not crazy duration, and a longer LSA to eliminate all the issues created by short LSA. Lots of lift to allow the cylinders to take in and exhaust fuel/air mix. I think this cam with my 487x heads on a 350 Chevy should put out somewhere around 375-400 hp.
