1946 Austin A8 4 dr. sedan. Purchased 100% stock last Aug. and started converting it to a street legal gasser. Installed a .040" over 327, with 2.02 fueler heads, big cam, tunnel ram, twin 450 Holleys, fenderwell headers, TH350 manual B&M shift kit, narrowed GM 10 bolt, Speedway straight axl;e with GM disc brakes. Rear is Comp ladder bars with Jag coilovers and a panhard bar.
Interior is old Harwood racing buckets, with Simpson harnesses. No rear seats due to engine setback. I built all the interior and panels. All work on chassis also.

ToDo List
Still need to go through the rearend and change to 4.11 gears, and either a posi or locker.
Need to do all the body work, and then paint.
Always little engine mods to get it faster, and maybe even make the jump to a blower if funds allow later!

Very NICE!!! Hard to imagine you started with a 100% STOCKER. Plus your car looks like it has been a "gasser" for a very long time!!!!! Look forward to hearing & seeing more about it on GHR forum.... John - (OpelGasser) Pittsburgh, PA
